The teacher training consists of 10 weekends (30 study days) a year with a minimum of two weekends, on- site/studio, Amsterdam/UK.

This is a 250 hour training course per year incl. assignments, study and practice.

This training demands great dedication from the student.

One of the great psychologists of our time Gideon Dreyer mentioned in one of his lectures, that you can stretch until you rattle with flexibility,
hear bells ringing and see stars in your head and still be an idiot.

Is to understand functional stretch movement dimensions and all the active forces involved that move us.

Whether you are a beginner or a movement teacher already, if you want to become a skillful educator in functional stretch movement, and proficient in stretch movement dimensions then this training is for you.

You will receive a certificate of participation after each year, and the diploma after successfully completing the three-year training course.

Completing this three-year training will qualify you to teach what you have made your own, your understanding of movement. Naturally, you will be influenced by this study and apply it to your daily tasks, work, and in
your profession. You will however be asked to sign an agreement not to teach any of the training material before completing this course.

Theory and Practice:

• The theory and practice syllabus schedule will be given on the first day of the Training
• Philosophy – The Fourfold Man of Earth
• Living Anatomy and Physiology of Functional Stretch Movements

Group Practice:

• Self-confrontation and non-judgmental observation of others
• Self-Practice – developing and documenting your  practice and assignments

The student is required to learn functional movement understanding and be willing to regulate their own dysfunctional movements.

ACTIVE HEALTH – TEACHER TRAINING COURSE
By signing the registration form, the student is bound by the following:

1. In accordance with legal guidelines, the student has period of seven working days to reconsider after the date of the registration. Within that period, the student can withdraw the registration without further administration or cancellation costs. 
2. Payment of tuition fees must be paid in accordance with the price and payment arrangement what this page form indicates.
   * Costs in case of cancellation up to two months before the start date: €100
   * Costs in case of cancellation up to one month before the start date: 25% of the tuition fee.
   * Costs if canceled after a month (up to a week) before the start date: 50% of the tuition.
   * Costs in case of cancellation after 7 days before the start date: 100% of the tuition fee.
3. In the event of cancellation, the amount to be refunded will be refunded within ten working days to the student’s bank account.
4. Active Health Teacher Training School and its teachers are not responsible for any damage or bodily injury suffered before, during, or after their teacher training. The student is deemed to be in good physical condition and mental health to start the course. The teachers need to be informed before the start of the training in the event of physical injuries, illnesses or physical abnormalities. The student is also expected to know what they are physically capable of. The student must during manual guidance, indicate to what extent the teacher can help the student with an exercise.
5. The undersigned also accepts full responsibility for any damage that could arise from the use of the space in which the lessons are given.
6. The Active Health Teacher Training is not responsible for damage to or loss of personal property before, during or after the teacher training.
7. In all assessments of the acquired level of knowledge and skills (for example concerning the granting of certificates) the undersigned accepts the judgment of the responsible teacher(s).
8. The planned lesson days and times can be changed by the course organization. This will be communicated in a timely manner.
9. The undersigned agrees that under no circumstances will the Active Health with Lillith Türk be obligded to refund the course fee. This also applies to all force majeure eg. Corona, Vaccinations of any kind, CO2, Food, Water, Transport Crisis, Lockdowns by any Governments and Social Credits Systems: unless the Active Health Teacher Training decides otherwise, out of their own free will.

Participants enter into a written agreement with Active Health with Lillith
Turk, Amsterdam for one year. After this year the agreement is dissolved
and no rights can be founded for further continuation or testimonials. This
way the student can decide every new study year whether to continue and has no standing financial obligations.
