Once you have mastered this movement you will understand the power of gravity and use its magic when you need it.

Stand with your feet slightly apart, under your hips, toes facing forward

Bend your knees and go down into the squat without lifting the heels or turning feet outwards. If the heels can’t stay down, you need to practice every day, until you’ve developed the freedom to make this movement.
