MINIMUN START TIME
Depends on the birth you’ve had.
- Vaginal birth, with no complication and/or lasting injury: from 4 weeks.
- Caesarean section: after 6-week check-up, if no ongoing health issues.
- Vaginal birth with complicationsor lasting injury and caesarean birth with lasting injury: call me to talk in more detail.
