Your body after pregnancy 

is essentially very different. It knows its own strengths and weaknesses well. It’s been stretched and made more flexible by hormones. Becoming stronger in a flexible body will give you a new freedom of movement and a different relationship with your self, like coming home.

The programme of stretching and strengthening 

help post-natal changes in your body take place normally and efficiently. Enlivened and eager you can think that a desire to return to normal life indicates that your body is recovered. But the natural process of recovery mirrors your baby’s journey from being in your arms, to taking his or her first steps.

Learn how your baby is actually teaching you 

as much as you are teaching your baby. Your baby and you as a mother learn together to:

  • improve coordination
  • find balance between rest and work
  • develop a regularity of daily routine

These lessons are for you & your baby together, and for you alone.
Your baby sleeps, feeds and plays beside you as you exercise.
After three months, where there are no ongoing injury or health concerns, you can also join my Daily Stretch Movement lessons.
